Brian began his career in food service at the Sirloin Saloon in 1985 working up the ranks in meat cutting, food prep, grill assistant, lead grill-man, and eventually becoming kitchen manager. He opened up two restaurants for Sirloin Saloon, in Latham NY. and Avon CT. Brian managed and trained the staff there.
He started at Little Harry’s in May, 1998 after twelve years at the “Sirloin.”
Currently, Brian is a lead chef along with Brownie at Little Harry’s.
